BREAKFAST OF THE WEEK #4


Heey loves! I know, I know.. I'm sorry I've missed the last two weeks publications of the BOTW and haven't post anything in some time but I have been timeless lately due to exams and laziness. And no, I am not here to compensate the lack of posts because I'm writing this in a quick-break from my thermodynamics (which is the last exam of the semester) but I had some simple ideas from when I was back home and I'll share them with you right now. 

And couldn't be anything better than smoothies!! How cool is to nourish your body in the morning with natural, refreshing and nutrient-rich foods? It doesn't get any better than that! So today I have two combos for you; the red jar is watermelon (only watermelon blended with a spash of water) and the other one is nectarine-banana (2 nectarines peeled, 1 banana and 1 cup of any vegetal milk -I used almond- blend everything toghether and top with a dust of cinammon). 
No big secret as you can see. On a side note I'd like to say that it is better if the nectarines and the watermelon are cool from the fridge; otherwise the two drinks will taste warm and you don't want that -especially on a hot summer morning-, you can always add ice cubes too!
